what does that taste like?

a few months ago, we drove by a rendering plant and it smelled bad and my husband made a comment about it smelling like dog food. the kids thought that was funny and repeated it a few times over the next couple of days. At least 4 wks later, long after the mention of stinky dog food had died down, my big girl miriam was nursing and she mentioned that she likes bobo and she likes bobo milk. so i asked her 'what does bobo milk taste like?' she replies 'bobo milk tastes like dog food' with this extremely exaggerated new england like accent! we laughed about it for so many days that the joke has become a hit. everytime we ask her what something tastes like it surprisingly tastes like dog food! recently it occured to me to ask her what dog food tastes like. she told me 'dog food tastes like cat food' She's a joker!
