alex is getting so big

yesterday, from the front seat, and with alex buckled in back, auntie nina asked him to give her his cup so she could put some more popcorn in it. i didn't think that he understood, but i turned around and he was holding up his cup trying to give it to us, saying "aah, aah." like, here it is. i was so proud. what a big boy!
