our favorite belly button

Is the belly button every kids favorite or just mine? today marked a shift for miriam, whose belly button until now has been known as her 'button tummy.' (She tends to use her adjectives after the nouns they describe, much like a romance language...maybe thats a more natural thought pattern?) tonight, her tummy button was called a belly buddy, I imagine just beginning the shift of baby named body parts to more commonplace names like legs and fingers. When connor was in love with his belly button, it was most affectionately called a bobbin. Miriam is now closer to her 3rd birthday to her 2nd, so these things will happen. At least she still has delicious little piggies at the end of her little feet.
